Q: When will my order ship? 

Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address and shipping method. Most packages will arrive within 3-5 business days. All orders for in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt of order. 

We will send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your order is shipped so that you can track delivery more closely. For any urgent issues please call our offices at 1(626) 636-3213.  

Q: Can I edit my order after it has been placed? 

Orders may be changed within 1 hour after being placed. Changes needed for orders placed over the weekend must be communicated within the first hour of the following business day. If you need to edit your order outside this window, please e-mail us at help@thoughtabout.it and we will do our best to accommodate you.  

Q: Can I cancel my order? 

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour after being placed. Orders placed over the weekend must be canceled or changed within the first hour of the following business day. Please e-mail us at help@thoughtabout.it if you would like to cancel your order. 

Q: What payment options do you accept?  

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. 

You can also choose to Express Checkout using ShopPay, Google Pay, Paypal and Amazon Pay.

Q: What is Smart Fabric?  

We use a special high quality moisture wicking fabric for our products.  It is designed to be highly breathable against warm temperatures and carries an open weave knit design with small sized holes. This modern technical fabric draws moisture away from the body. It is made of high-tech Nylon that picks up moisture and carries it away from your body, spreading it out to evaporate easily on the outside of the fabric so you stay dry and fresh all day.  We blend it with Spandex, so you also have all the stretch you need. The finished products have a silky-soft and cool feel against your skin. 

Q: What is Bonded Fusion Technology? 

Bonded Fusion Technology is an ultrasonic technology that uses high frequency vibratory waves that cause a rapid buildup of heat to bond fabrics. The bonding process is fast, accurate and efficient. With this technology, we are able eliminate stitching as well as the use of adhesives. This process allows us to manufacture sustainability without any waste. It also produces a seamless look and feel with a more fitted profile and increased flexibility.  A bonded seam can be stretched and recover to its original shape compared to conventional stitching.  

Q: How are Thought About It products sustainable?  

Fashion creates a lot of waste both material and human capital using traditional sewing and cutting techniques. At Thought About It, we use Bonded Fusion Technology to eliminate waste and cut our fabrics exactly to what needs to be bonded. This allows for very little material waste and human labor doing sewing which makes our products more sustainable.

Q: Can I replace the padding inside my tank or cami after multiple washes?

Please contact us and we will send you new paddings as replacement. We want you to love our products and stand behind our quality.
